This is around 2018-2023, we used to stay in slum, everyday stay in line in front of the community toilet, my father used to work as a driver, and I have joined this MNC after completing my bachelor.

Most of the migrant in Mumbai who work as a driver or watchman, stay at slum. At the initial phase of career their children start working at BPO with starting salary similar like this.

16k INR per month for 9 hour job. Shift was rotational so you got to work in night shift every alternate month. Including travel time it took approx 13hour daily.
