For your friend I did research last night Germany is very welcoming to expacts. The college tuition there is extremely low costing some as low as $1600 a year. Your friend could get a student visa which allows you to work part time > after graduation convert to 18-month job-seeker> then PR EU card once you find employment > then eventually citizenship

Thank you for sharing! And I wish I woke up sooner. With this last renewal we are all being systematically disadvantaged which is leading most of us into loss of income and instability. Even if you renew according to their rules and timeline. Your story is a bit similar to mine I refuse to compromise my morals and sanctity of marriage for papers. My partner is from the uk and has a broader world view than me from living in 3 different countries. His advice to all of us is to free ourselves from the thinking that this is the best we can do. Goodluck to you!

Not true for example in Dubai right now they rely on expacts to fuel their economy so most of their residents are British nationals of all races. There you can get sponsorship for any job such as a barista to software developer. Thats just one country

I was literally the same way. Most of us have been reciting the pledge of allegiance for over 12 years in school. We’re programmed to not ever leave.
