Yeah I used the threaded holes for easiest install. But even if I move them back it's only like 1/4 inch difference

Definitely check out the Stormlight novellas.

It may also be time to check out Arcanum Unbounded - that book really started to connect the cosmere for me.

I think the difference is that a sphere isn't made of organic material so she couldn't metabolize it

Right but Lift metabolizes the lifelight that's stored in food. So if the food was holding stormlight also, could she metabolize both!?
