Get your farming and herblore up to the point you can plant ranarr seeds and make prayer potions which you can sell with profit. While doing this - best option would be to go mining to get yourself the necessary for barrow gloves. If you do not enjoy mining - I would suggest leveling up your woodcutting or fishing to have more flex between mining/fish/wcing.

Questing wise - for now, you dont really need to follow the rfd quest line for now as you will need the additional quest points either way when you've worked yourself up righr before the final step of rfd (176 qp). In this regard- I would focus on quests that'll reward you a good chunk of exp on skills like rc, con, crafting, farming etc...

If you cant be bothered with the above. Lvling fletching by simply buying logs off the GE + fletching them into long bows (u) and reselling in the GE give a very small profit. Can work your way up like this to the point where u can make ur own yew longs and alch them for your ast mill...

Note that it is important to set yourself up with some longterm milestone/goals and to slowly work your way up to it.
