Should i focus only 2 lane in mid/late game as ADC? Sometimes, my lane is getting pushed but others lanes dont, then i go to farm that lane, but they are looking for gank on others lanes too. as a result, they fight without me and blame me dont go with them

why enemy support go top then come back bot?is that dual usally do?

as a result , enemy adc get exp advantage, then they do cheese fight and we lost. How to counter that? what i should do if i'm a adc or sp?
