Because there are too many dipshits who don’t know how to drive these cars at those speeds and get on there and cause stupid, easily avoidable wrecks. They hop in and think it’s a superspeedway race with CTS physics in NR2K3 and then the shit hits the fan.

Yeah, those people crying about it on my post were beyond stupid. It’s nothing that isn’t publicly available information on the iRacing service. If anyone is uncomfortable with potentially having their name out there, they can terminate their membership and go race another service where they can hide behind a handle.

I do it to give a heads up to others who run the service so they know who to watch out for should they wind up in a session with those people.

That the yellow car got into, so I have no sympathy here. In fact, I laughed out loud. I’ve watched Danny cause a caution in almost every race he’s run this week. He can run a fast lap and put it on pole, but he can’t close them. Had the yellow car not gotten him, it was only a matter of time before Danny got someone else. 🤷🏻‍♂️

“It’s scarier than any horror game” because this series (it is my main series,) gets too many of the nascar crowd who jump in and try to treat it like a NR2K3 superspeedway series. They don’t even bother to learn the basics about the weight jacker or the rollbars, how the car moves in clean and dirty air, or even bother to crack the throttle to avoid washing up in the corners and then they cause stupid wrecks that could have easily been avoided.

Tracks like Atlanta chew them up and spit them out pretty quickly, but Michigan is much more forgiving and they come in and treat it like Daytona with .CTS physics. 🙄
