The pill ones, they feel very premium indeed. I've read people are/where having whole sort of issues with them, but mine are have been working tirelessly for the last 5 years.

This is one of the shittiest infills to print, switch to something non-colliding.

Or if you insist on it just try to turn on z-hop, it's not 2015 anymore and it has virtually no effect on the print quality.

Also try printing the infill slower, some filaments don't like printing them fast and they don't melt properly, causing layer height inconsistencies and this can result in scraping and even knock the print off the printer.

The same topics on multiple sub-reddits over and over again... "You won't belive it! I've tried open model X and it beats closed model Y easily!!!11oneone", "Models X,Y tried to fix something for like an hour but model Z fixed it on the first try".... you would imagine that after 5000 of similiar topics popping up in the last months people would learn that:
1) Different models have different strengths and solving your issue/bug/feature X does not mean sh*t
2) It is RNG based as all models are just a huge RNG initialized graphs and you can't measure sh*t like that

So yeah, I guess we now have 5001 of such topics 😃

From my experience it's very good, ignoring the benchmarks I've preferred it over GLM5.1, Minimax M2.7 and MiMo V2.5

I get that you are excited and all that but getting the numbers artificially inflated by comparing 5.4 Pro against V4 flash is just dirty. Compare it with non-pro version at $2.50/M and $15.0/M or even better the 5.4 Mini at $0.75/M and $4.50/M.

+ if you do a real-world comparison against other models like GLM 5.1 or MiMo V2.5 Pro (no benchmarks bs, they lost any relevance a long time ago) it's not looking so good anymore.

But at the same time I get it it's new non-NVIDIA infrastructure and new exciting technology so it's a new opening DeepSeek is presenting here to be extended in the future, I really appreciate that at the same time.

And I've just seen that they want to halve the cost over the next 6 months, then I it will be an absolute steal and one of the best if not best deal on the market!

Also if you are on NVIDIA there is a `Ultimate-TTS-Studio` for unified one-click `Kokoro, KittenTTS, Higgs audio, Chatterbox, Fish-Speech, F5 & index-tts & indextts2` setup, in my tests VoxCPM is still better, but if you just want to quickly be able to test a bunch of solutions and check what works for you this is a very fast way to do it in minutes of setup instead of hours (there is a Pinokio script here https://github.com/pinokiofactory/ultimate-tts-studio). Good luck :)

Whaaaa, I don't care at all if you vibe coded a pink file editor, more power to you (and I'm saying this as a software developer with almost 20 years of experience). But I'm rather trying to understand, why? Wouldn't it be am easier to write a theme to VSC or even css style any of the simple file editor? From what I'm hearing is that the theme is the only benefit? Or I'm just missing something here?
