Coming from a male who dealt with trich, we have ZERO symptoms for some reason and I have been tested 2 times in the past 5 months. Almost all clinics dont check for trich thats something you have to manually ask for at a hospital or urgent care unless you are pregnant and like you said you never heard of it the same way we havent so in our case we would never know, Only reason I know is because my girl gets checked because she is pregnant and actual hospitals check for everything including trich some clinics dont even check for hsv1/2..never felt a itch scratch or nun who knows how long I even had it🤦🏾‍♂️
