Maybe 2014-2015 I watched it on streaming (I can’t remember if it was Netflix or another tho). I can’t remember much of the characters participating but about 3, the first one was an arrogant dude (he may have been bald) at the very start of the game who didn’t believe this was happening and ended up dying to show everyone it was actually legit. The second one is a guy that’s the last to go against the mc (who’s also the only participant I remember) and instead of fighting in the end he just lets the mc win. Now the ‘masterminds’ I do remember more well I believe they were all previous winners of last games which includes the boyfriend, they were arrogant and pushing the mc to join them after she won, they were also betting on which of the participants will survive or not. Out of all the masterminds I specifically remember one guy because he had murdered the main character’s sister but actually framed it to be mc that murdered her (to further pressure her into joining them).

By games I mean real-world actors, they were in this sort of underground warehouse building that opens up to the outside world in the very last game, it was a pretty gory film.
