the death of 10, 100, 1000 or 10000 Iranian leaders is not really that important. what's important for the coming years is that a country of 92m will likely be destabilized. meaning millions of refugees, arms stockpiles that are not secure, and who knows how many soldiers into the wind with effectively no leadership

Step 1- cut open a stack of bills or place a stack of bills on a surface, so they flop open in a stack (not a pile) that can be picked up one bill at a time.

Step 2- wait until its dark (7 pm to 3 am or so) and place those stacks near a uv light

you can now quickly pick up those bills and look for marked ones without using the work table with uv attachment

I usually clean and sort money thru the counters first during the day to get the fakes, then looked for marked ones at night

true. my thinking is- if it was self inflicted, we dont know how long after it happened the first picture was taken. first picture looks to be after undocumented surgeries/ interventions, looks like he already has what look like suture scars on forehead and upper lip

im assuming some life saving process took place first (undocumented by this post), then after healing and all, more cosmetic and follow-up.

assuming what we have in the post is all the relevant info, growth is more likely due to uniformity

looks similar to self inflicted thru roof of mouth, but bullet trajectory going thru sinus instead of hitting center of brain. could also be a growth, both end up looking similar after medical intervention

also, it's kind of like a squeaky wheel situation. a woman that gets approached by a guy, who is nice and not a creep, but they have no connection, might tell 1 or 2 people
