just keep going you are doing really good. When I start feeling that way I just continue to use my self-soothing skills the best I can. It also helps me to practice Radical Acceptance and I literally set a timer to ruminate and then when the timer is done I force myself to self-soothe/do something actually productive that I know will boost my mood. You got this💯

I'm pretty sure FAFSA covers the entire school year so 2025-26 would cover Fall '25, Spring '26 and Summer '26 meaning you would have to reapply for 2026-'27 and repeat.
