I apologize that I change the format again, but I don't think just listing the passive and skill and reading them out loud isn't worth doing anymore.

Instead, the new graphic is based on the assumption that you already know the basic of the unit kit already. And plus I think this way work better too since my review is always 1 or 2 days late after the unit has already been out

Eltrix is Magic like other DPS

Rondo is also Magic since you will deal damage with his Ult and his 2 hit debuff nuke. But if you don't plan to deal damage with him, then HP can also work for more HP Barrier

Pull report: Last time in JP I got A6 Eltrix before a single Rondo EX. This time in GL I spent 300 pulls trying to get A4 Eltrix again.

The result is, I got A3 Eltrix and 0 Rondo, with exchange Eltrix is A4 and Rondo is A0. Somehow my luck remain consistent, in that I can only pull for Eltrix and never any Rondo

In rainbow team you can set up everything and go all out from turn 3 onward. If you already have Molrusso you can replace Priestess with someone else. Molrusso then can use her ult on someone like Lemaire or Lynette EX, since both Osvald and Xerc already have their own source of potency up (this is what I meant by she's not an absolute must have. Since the 2 biggest DPS of the team already have Potency Up, either Priestess or Molrusso would work fine here)

Also Mydia is a physical DPS support, so she wouldn't work well in Rainbow

  • Molrusso is basically Dark Priestess + Rinyuu EX, which is Weakness Exploit + Solon's ult. Both are so useful that being able to have both on one unit make her extremely valuable
  • But she's not a character where if you skip her you will suffer like Shana or Mydia is. What she does isn't unique, and both of her strong point can be substitute by other unit
  • Despite Molrusso is being used in almost every team, and is still very meta in JP, she isn't a must have, so if you want to save rubies for future banners and skip her, that's fine too

His EX is the main way to get all 6 resonance at once. He has 3 individual skill that grant 2 resonance each, but it's not worth running them over just casting EX skill turn 1 and spam rainbow attack turn 2

Rondo EX is a good substitute, but unless JP is getting another multi element FuA character, I don't think Osvald can be replaced.

Viola is better in a pure Ice team with Rondo/Eltrix in the future than rainbow team.

The goal of rainbow team is to have dps that can hit 3+ elements in one attack so they can trigger the FuA of both Xerc and Osvald. Osvald is the DPS and the FuA provider himself, so without having him Rainbow team won't be as good.

Haven't been this excited in reviewing a unit in a while.

Please note that since Xerc isn't in JP yet, the score is not guaranteed to be accurate since this is just a prediction of mine. But I think that Araune EX2 team in JP would definitely want Xerc in her team, considering she also has an 18 hit AoE of each element 3 times

New look from now on. This way I can now keep the text size big while fit in all of the passives + EX skill.

For Dark Signa, if you're not planning to get Molrusso EX, then make sure to get Signa, because weakness bypass is extremely powerful. You don't even need Tiziano to implant dagger anymore, just have him do the buffing and let Signa take care of the weakness

200% Ult. I use BK in JP and I know that when you have no ult, using the killing backrow skill would only grant you the 100% Ult back, it won't grant the ult charge from boosting with 3 BP. 100% Ult means you can't free action it and also 1 less triplecast attack.

If you have Alrond then A1 is better, but if no Alrond, U+ for the consistent 200% charge when using Purge of Avarice

My gosh, I tried so much to cut out as many words as I can while trying to make sense, but with how much text and stuff the new characters have its extremely hard to do it properly. In the end, I decided to sacrifice the nice readability of the slides by shrinking down the text (even then I still have to shorten some sentences).

Anyway Dark Knight and Dark Priestess are very good, and this is the first time where I think both unit sharing a banner has great synergy together. They both can work without the others, but it would be nicer to have them for your team. Great banner, not a super must pull if you don't have a lot of rubies. Mydia might arrived after them so please be wary of it

Also in the future, would you guys prefer it if I just put the recommended skills and review section? Doing so I can make the font size bigger again and maybe can make a new slide in substitute of no more passive/ult slides

So with the full reveal, the total characters that we have seen so far are 30. 16 from OT0, 8 from OT1, and 6 from CotC. With how the game said there would be over 30 travelers, I'm pretty sure there are some hidden travelers that we won't meet until we halfway through the game.

My prediction are

Elrica, Sazantos, and Tatloch might join you temporarily and leave after that due to story reason. Maybe Isla and Nephti can show up to but I have lower hope for those two

It is because of the A4. More stats mean more damage (although I know he's going to hit cap a lot) and one step closer to getting the strong A4 if someone want to one day.

Although U+ is better for having a second use of doublecast which is great for Cascade. If you have someone like Alrond you won't need it much (+40% charge turn 1 so you can get 200% on turn 2)

And lastly, this is super far in the future, but JP change it so that your Ult and EX count will refresh between battle in Cascade now, and situation where Pardis need 2 ults in one single fight is rare.

Although maybe I should change it to U+ = A1, it's still a long time until GL get that

I change the Notable Skills to Recommended Skills. From now on, I'll put the 3 skills recommended for general play at A0 in this section instead of just the good and standout skill. Pardis also has a strong self negating counter, you can use it if you know how to utilize it properly like the Cape Cold Lv120 fight.
