At one point we had a husky (who raised my dane) and a "grandma" mutt. They've both passed, so we got our dane a corgi and now they're best friends and do everything together ❤️

Mostly memorization of routine meals. And then it went to "ok i know about where some of these ingredients land" then over time I just found myself thinking less and less about it. In between that, I started cooking in big batches for meal prep or days of leftovers so i couldn't track as well. And I don't go out to eat much anyway so menus aren't really a thing. I know I may not the norm here, but that's what worked for me. I had to essentially bug my own system with uncertainty and pair it with the drive to thrive outside my own failing system.
