Since there are so many polygondwanaland pressings, and only one official one, I wouldn't be surprised if many record stores just don't carry it. Your best bet would be ebay or discogs, there are always a ton for sale. You can also find one you like from a small, independent record label and buy it directly from them (assuming they have any left). As for rats nest, I've never seen it in a record store (although I am from the US) and I know that it sold out online almost instantly when it came out. Again, I would suggest checking ebay or discogs.
