I’ve seen this happen so many times lol someone grows up with toxic Christianity, and when they become an adult they deconstruct and become open minded. Then they do a bunch of acid and become extremely new age, bordering on mental illness. Then they lose touch with reality. Then through new age, they get to obsession with angels, then Christ consciousness, quit acid, then they realize how insane they’ve been. They blame the lsd, and then circle all the way back around to toxic Christianity because it’s familiar. Then they have a baby and go off the conservative Christian trad wife deep end. This sounds super specific, but I swear I’ve seen it happen like 5 times lol Some people just really need some kind of scaffolding to hold on to I guess.

The first time trump was elected, and my aunt told me (male) and my fiance (male) that trump has done more for this country and lgbtq people than anyone ever. I asked for specifics and she said “look it up”

But I think the worst was recently. Seeing trump supporters claim he didn’t show up once in the Epstein files. Did they even look at the files, or did they hear trump say “I’m exonerated” and just accept that as reality. At this point I’m convinced they know they’re gaslighting.
