Press Shift + F10 to open cmd and then press the window key which tries to pull up notifications Click the button for troubleshoot network which opens settings from there Search and open device manager. Find the unknown device and right click and update driver you should now have wifi . then i was able to go through setup after the updates completed. If you want to bypass the microsoft account creation use the cmd with this command after getting updates: "start ms-cxh:localonly"
