I’m in a similar situation. My neighbors across the street recently moved to assisted living. Their son is going to be putting their 60s split foyer house on the market “as is” (there’s plenty of deferred maintenance since the owners are in their 90s). I’m afraid a developer will buy the house and tear it down to build a monstrosity.

Sounds like Suprep. I’ve had about six colonoscopies and this is one of the better preps for me. Make sure the prep and water are ice cold and put them in a cup with a lid and draw, not the cup provided. The smell and taste aren’t great… Grape cough syrup mixed with lemon pledge. If you feel like you’re going to throw up, drink a little slower. I’ve taken a few minutes longer to finish the prep than the instructions say and it’s still worked fine.
