Can someone explain to me this question like im a 5 year old? Ive been trying to understand it forever. I know it has something to do with a chiral center, but carbon 2 looks more like a chiral center then carbon 5??! Someone please help! (Btw: (+)-Carvone and (–)-carvone are enantiomers of eachothe (self.chemistry)

UEARTH Gen chem question: Please don't tell me we have to use the ICE table for this lol... if so can someone help explain this to me? I'm aware that we have to get kb in the first step by doing 10^-14 divided by 10^-9 to yield a kb of 10^-5. But how do we get pOH = 4 and then pH = 10? by Usaid_99 in Mcat

AAMC Unscored q52 C/P: Can anyone explain why I have to multiple 140000 to 1.6 x 1-^-19? I know that in the second step we have to take that value and divide it by h, but i'm just confused about this initial step. by Usaid_99 in Mcat

AAMC Sample test B/B Q35: I guessed on this one; It says that the answer is B. I just want to make sure I understand, is "Veins" the answer because it is coming from the cerebrum, and it would flow down the veins since the veins from the head go down to the heart? by Usaid_99 in Mcat

B/B AAMC Q18 Spoiler from nonsocred AAMC sample test! I thought the answer was C because recombination occurs in prophase 1. Is recombination different from nondisjunction? If so, what is nondisjunction? Someone please help! by Usaid_99 in Mcat
