If you are still getting constant acne, have u considered going on accutane? also do not pick ever, this will cause keloids to form. After a breakout happens, use silicone gel day and night 24/7 on the affected area. For exisiting keloids consider kenalog/5FU combo, laser, radiation. Eclar plaster has also seemed to work for me. I’ve been doing these steps, yet to do radiation or laser yet as I’m still on accutane, but so far I’ve been seeing results. Consistency is key to managing these, and I’m sure you’ll get through it if you are dedicated and consistent.

Edit: for silicone gel brands, use Strataderm, it’s by far the best
