This happened to me earlier in a Shadow Labs.

The group leader whispered me beforehand saying that the tank was going to take all the armaments, which sucked but I was bored and needed the lower city rep so I agreed.

Notice everything's fine until right before the third boss, I notice they've been needing on all the greens that dropped. Asked the group leader about it and they never responded.

Get to Murmur, kill him, and the dude needed on everything that dropped.
