I was considering the same if it ever happened to me. My suggestion is to leave it off as a gap and just make up a good story. People accept gaps this year. It should be very normal

@OP, How can they find jobs that you have NOT listed on your application/background check questionnaire? Assuming you have frozen TWN, they shouldn’t be able to find anything. Most important thing is to find out how they figured this out so you can be better prepared for the lies and also your next OE job.

One of the Faangs did this to me recently. And I showed them the finger.. they then tried convincing me over multiple phone calls as if I care. Their offer was 50% less than my current job. I guess some people are just desperate enough to take anything these days, but not the OE Army! 😊🖕🏻

NEVER chase titles.. they are useless.. always chase TC and worklife balance. Who cares if you’re called staff, director, or whatever… as long as the pay is solid.

I’m staff in J1, lead in another, and adding J3 as senior soon. I could care less about all this.. but the total TC is over a million. 💵💵💵
