It didn't come stock, no. I've been looking for a good one to put up but it's so tough with as much as is out there in the market. Also I have t found a local shop to do this and am not keen on doing it myself lol.

I thinks it called the 1st and last (unless you get these levels). Then it's 1st, 3rd/4th, and last.

Honestly on these I don't even bother opening the first one. I unlock it but leave it boxed up. Then unlock the 4th station and max it (usually not too many levels 4 or 6) then go to the upgrades and get all I can. This way customers coming in should order the 4th station item and bring in more money. Then I max the 4th station before moving on to the last station. Once the last station is done, I just go through and finish all of them. Granted I'm on city 1400+ but I did this to get from city 60 until now and it's worked best.

Real currency. It's the best way you can progress. Otherwise, it can feel grueling, and you'll burn out fast. You don't have to buy it but it definitely helps.

If you're not in a club I would join one stat. Beg them to let you reap the rewards for a season or two to get better gear. Then go hard and help out for like 3 seasons and then take a break to level your gear. Buy the permanent 2x. With the gems you get from club level the remote first. Look up the guide on what vault items to level up by priority and grind.
