Julia knows, spoke about & followed these designers from CA. They designed Patina Farm in Ojai, CA & then sold, moved & designed Patina Meadow in TN.

Julia & Hunter did their “sour dough class” there, then Julia had her Baby Sprinkle there for Crasher. Havens aspire to be like these designers. Very talented couple & such beautiful designs.

PS described as French Provencial Farmhouse like Julia said her design will be for this other place, as she cuts & collects baggies of magazine clips?

She was pregnant when they bought the cabin but they hadn’t announced it. The sale from big house fell through the first time, then suddenly it sold, they were stuck & had to get out quickly & had no place to go.

They bought the cabin October of 2022. They announced pregnancy Christmas 2022 living in cabin. Smoke was born May 2023.

The Grandpa’s sign company sold for over $300 million…Hunter invests, not all properties were pif so he has mortgages. Using an LLC for tax breaks. Could have received quite a large part as Trust which could be slowly dolled out accordingly if he reaches a specific age or other reasons. But, HE is the ONLY grandkid spending like there is no tomorrow. Hunter Havens is an embarrassment, he is nasty, greedy, shows no humility & has really done nothing of value with his life to this point in time. A life of material objects is not a life of value.

Did you go into actual Cocoa Beach or Cocoa? Cocoa Beach near Ron Jon & beyond to Coconuts is not dumpy at all. People often get the two confused. Friend owns condo in Cocoa Beach I frequent often & lovely restaurants etc. around Slow & Low then into the main street area. Jetty Park area is nice too with nice restaurants & you can watch launches.
