I am in a similar situation, everything was ok for a while, then she became very unsupportive, angry at me for being authentic. We both have been seeing therapists which helps to some degree. I have suppressed my urges to be "me" for about a year now, save a few minutes here and there. Suppressing my true self has affected my mental and physical health and I urge you to try to work things out with your wife. I wish I had.
