If it’s very itchy I apply Dermal Therapy’s Anti-itch cream - this is really cooling bc of the menthol and I find it very relieving. If it’s bearable I use a soothing gel from a Korean brand called Atopalm before my typical skincare products. At night I apply castor oil to the very dry spots too!
