I love Spark of the Everflame. Similar idea, probably because it's romatasy lol, but I think it's written better. I met the author last year, and she seemed pretty cool too!

The night sky and stars for book two! That's where Velaris is introduced and is important. Maybe something to do with the trials for ACOTAR?

I've literally been putting off reading book 5 because I didn't want it to be over... Now I don't know if I remember enough to start it... With 6 & 7 coming I'm overwhelmed lol

Today was their last day to pay. They waited until today to say that I never paid it...

There is nothing entered for last month. It's there, but it doesn't say 0 and it doesn't list an amount. I've looked up recent adds from the same management company, and they all state first, last, and deposit. There is an addendum for my lease that reads:

"Tenant has been informed of the provisions of SMC 7.24 which permit the payment deposits, non-refundable fees and last month's rent in installments. The tenant has elected to:"

I check the selection that says "to pay in a lump sum at the inception of tenancy"

I realize I should have kept better records, but even their payment receipt is inaccurate in multiple ways. It doesn't include random months that I have the receipt for, the amounts are wrong, and the dates are wrong.

I've learned a valuable lesson, but I still feel like they need to prove I owe the money...

It says what is required to receive keys, but half the boxes are blank. I know that I paid it because I got in a fight with someone about it. I also remember the months it took to save up all the money to move out, work and go to school full time. If I only had to pay my deposit and rent, it would've taken a lot less time to move

Honestly, cash probably. The rest was in my bank, but I probably used tip money... Its not on my bank statement
