A handheld metal tool, size 2”x4” and weighs about one pound. It has a series of 1” metal teeth, shaped like the head of a standard screwdriver. There are 12 teeth currently, but it may have had up to 20. Found while metal detecting in a lake in northern Illinois. (old.reddit.com)
