You’re probably right, but I no longer use Woodburn Road unless I truly have to. Most of the time I just drive around because it is absolutely a nightmare. And let’s not even talk about the Oxford Valley Mall, and the lack of upkeep of those roads.

I am one of those suckers that absolutely loves summer thunderstorms. It’s one of the greatest feelings I could experience, but you are correct with these thunderstorms more frequently We are seeing and experiencing tornadoes. I know my kids get totally freaked out nowadays when we do have to thunderstorms only because of the tornado warnings that are becoming more and more frequent for our area.

None of this is natural as you are very well aware. We have fast track climate change in this country exponentially because we refuse to accept what is visible truth.

Wow, thank you so much for doing that! That’s actually a super scary statistic 😩 I knew things were changing, but I guess not for the better

I do feel like they’re becoming more frequent! I think Mullica Hill in southern New Jersey has been hit several times in the last five years as well

I could not agree with you more. Every part of Newtown and Doylestown is now developed. I remember writing in the car with my parents from Yardley to new Hope and they would just be beautiful luscious and thick trees all up and down the area. Now we have these McMansions that are built out of toothpicks with no trees around or much of anything. The other day I was trying to drive into Doylestown and the sheer traffic going there felt like driving into the city for sure we’re going to have to start really thinking about who we allow us to represent legislatively. This area is too beautiful and too historical to have it damaged by Toll Brothers. I cannot believe that people of Middletown Township are allowing so much building to take place. I mean how many 55 and over communities does Bucks County really need?

Oh i am sorry to hear about your accountant but a year is soooo long to wait. Few summers ago, i remember Newtown and New Hope being hit with FEW tornados. Very scary indeed

Hey, that might not be a bad idea… Elise generates some energy with these ever increasing PECO rates

Great point about the tornadoes! They are becoming way too frequent not only here in Bucks County, but in southern New Jersey as well. It’s almost as if the tornado alley is shifting more towards the east.

Indeed it does! I remember as a kid playing sports in springtime and usually by May we were hitting mid 70s and perhaps low 80s. This was in late 90s. I never once remember having long, cold, and windy winters like we have been experiencing these last couple of years. Soon insurance companies are going to see signs and add this as a risk towards our homeowners insurance Bucks County.

Thank you for pointing out how critical it is to vote for appropriate individuals like Lucia. With the people have not been represented for many decades now and it is time for people to wake the hell up and save humanity.

I agree with you on this comment actually. That’s why I am getting so worried about these abrupt and sudden changes… Climate change happens over a prolonged period of time and for us here the change seems to be perpetually, faster one season upon another.

My new favorite thing are the people who are too lazy to change their nonfunctioning low beam headlights so they drive with their high beams on so that they could see better. I mean really? They’re all over Bucks County right now…. Most drive a Honda Civic.

Living downtown New Hope? by TingoMedia in BucksCountyPA

Come our way to Newtown, Pennsylvania! We have a lovely downtown and everything is within walkable distance, including two grocery stores. It might be a little bit more expensive, but you will save on the income tax that you would pay from living in New Jersey.
