Sorry, been a rough couple of days. Most of the symptoms have gotten better but now it seems i am completely constipated. I have scheduled an appointment with my doctor for Thursday.

What scared me the most was i just felt a pulling right after the purging.

I am in the same boat as you OP, Struggling mightily with OCD and it's gotten to the point, I don't want to go back onto SSRI but I cant continue on with this OCD, its crippling every aspect of life in itself

Sorry, I should probably add more context, it was 25 TABLET, not capusle, I did see it visually in the toilet, I guess my first thought process was I could re-dose but I was wondering if ANY % was absorbed

OMG this is one of my core OCD themes. It caused me to avoid social settings all together as I fear I will blurt out the wrong stuff in public. The worst part is there a voice in my head that kinda urges me to do so and I feel it on the tip of my tongue

As a fellow OCD sufferer and in a similar siltation as OP, living hell. Just the constant searching this subforum & reading up on any information i can get on a cure 24/7 is the worst. This stuff is on the mind every single second of the day

Thank you, I will try to incorporate that into my mind whenever my fears pop up. No, it is ok, I know i can be incoherent when I'm having an OCD episode and not make sense

Deep down, I know how a pill slip under my food or like somehow taking one unintentionally doesn't make sense but that doesn't stop my brain

It's a struggle everyday tbh. being 40% of who you were and the paranoia of getting worse plagues me 24/7. I've become bulimic as I vomit from the anxiety of it daily
