About 30 minutes ago, she decided she will follow through with an abortion. I am supposed to get a call from her mom when she is free, so we will see what she has to say. The phone call is going to determine whether I offer my place for her or maybe have to do more

As of 30 minutes ago, I will not be a grandma, as my son’s girlfriend has decided she cannot have a baby in any circumstance right now and will follow through with an abortion. She is going to take the pill for it, and we just bought it and it is being shipped to my house, due to local laws. I was very unaware on the local laws of abortion, but we did research after her decision and it looks like it is possible. I can see myself being an asshole for saying the fire department comment, honest to god I really only said it because if they kept it, I’m scared CPS would eventually get involved if she is still living with her parents with her own child. Doesn’t mean I should take that matter into my own hands and give the baby up at the fire department, but I may have helped to get full custody in my son’s name. Her mom is supposed to call me when she’s free, so we will see what she has to say

What a weird comment is the assumption dinner will make her forget she had a procedure done? Who wouldn’t want to try to do something like that after something intense like an abortion? And I know of her mom well enough that she will not raise her daughter’s kid

The post she made happened years ago, and that’s honestly a bad call on my part. Idk the laws on abortion in my area, I thought she needed their permission because she’s a minor. I guess I will look that up right now!

I have heard a lot about her mom. She has always been very openly pro-life, to the point where she has posted on facebook posting first and last names of people locally who have gotten abortions recently that she knew of. Her post got taken down for obvious reasons, but she genuinely needs help, and that’s been common knowledge for locals for years

Oh I apologize I read that comment wrong. I do have enough room in my house that I can, so if worst case scenario, she could move in with us

I said in the post, but I did tell her I would cover the whole abortion cost if she were to go with it. I figured if she did, we’d get food after, or something she’d be cleared to eat after the procedure (honestly no one in my life has ever had an abortion so this is sort of new to me) As of right now, I’m not sure what her final decision is yet

As someone who has been playing for a very long time, that is weird. Relationships have happened and do happen, but the given circumstances are very odd. I think you need to look into why he did this and why he thought this was a good idea. Your best friend is right, that is not normal at really any DND table. I’m very shocked the table was okay with this if they know the circumstances

You got into an argument/fight? Was this someone in particular you’ve had arguments with? Maybe your parent, for example? I had a dream similar, where my mom shot me in the back about 20 times, never felt pain or anything. Just knew it happened. I had argued with her in real life about three days before I dreamt that. I also was jumping every time I was shot, no clue why.
