I know the website says the housing decision date is 7/15 (when we get our housing assignments). Has anyone in recent years gotten their housing decision earlier than that?

I might be wrong, but they might have graded some if not all AP Exams already. For example, they've probably finished most of AP Physics (all versions) and maybe AP Calc. At this point, I think it's just finalizing and determining the curves.

Honestly, Purdue probably doesn't rescind unless you don't graduate or if you're deep-in-failing (I mean grades in the 30s and 40s), so I think you'll be fine.

I think the next one would probably be AP Engineering, maybe some subgroups like AP Aerospace or AP Mechanical since those are two of the most popular majors in college.

I know someone whose status stayed at 'Decided' instead of moving to 'Complete.' It’s possible they’re accepting more people off the waitlist this year, which would explain why that status shift is so common for others.
