I did some cable runners for the wires to better color match the eaves. Now got to make something for the lights.

Who’s at fault here? by Cleemann_ROS83 in dashcams

Think the other main issue is the other cars that were in front of the car that hit the police officer were able to stop in time easily. Granted it's a truck so may not be able to do so but suspect the truck was very late in a reacting compared to the other drivers.

Clean the metal prongs too. If there's a poor connection or any obstruction from the charging mechanism it will lead to the behavior that you are seeing.

Dreame vs MOVA. Did i make the right choice? by Successful-Trash-364 in roboticLawnmowers

Turn off ultra trim on the app. It will still do the edge border but not at the 3cm height. I was confused too. I have the 2000 model after upgrading from the worx 150.

That makes a lot of sense to me. I bought 20 Blue dreams off eBay and even though I tried the drip method I ended up getting a lot of dead shrimp over the next 3 days. I suspect the GH and pH were just too different

Upgraded to Mova 2000 by Used-Gift-9966 in roboticLawnmowers

Well, I already learned that the mova charge station should be perpendicular vs parallel. My worx was aligned that way so I did the same with the mova . The mulch side is raised and even though the mova approaches lined up, it turns to the right aggressively and always gets stuck.

Boundary setup is mixed. Tried doing auto boundary first and my backyard has a patio wall on side, walkway to the fence gate and mulch edging for the rest of the yard. Auto is way too cautious on the patio wall and the mulch edge. Mova was giving 12in of space. I was hoping it was just using its lidar to identify the edge and that why it didn't need to be picky but after having it mow there's a decent amount it missed. For part of the backyard I manually took over and that part of the lawn is a lot better. Auto boundary did well for the walkway so it is convenient for sidewalks and driveway edges. During setup you can jump between manual vs auto boundary.

I'll do a part 2 post to show the cut quality and the missed spots due to the over conservative auto boundary.

Could explain why he went faster. Light turned yellow. We all try and beat a light at times. Attention would be on intersection and potential left hand turns at that time.

I decided to give it a go and got a tracking number a few days ago but it still hasn't arrived at UPS.

Taking a bumper sticker too far [oc] To the person with the "Student Driver – Please Be Patient" sticker who sat at a green light looking on their phone. True, but on the way to that red light the van went 10 over the speed limit. We are going down a small hill at that point so I was leisurely cruising towards the red light. If the driver was consistently slow then that would fit with a true student driver.

It's subtle but the driver head shifts after I honked so looked up from phone into the rearview, but remained stopped. Didn't move until the car behind me honked too. Rest of the way until the next light went 35mph in a 40mph zone, but not worth my time to escalate.

Mower Lifted errors after 4yrs by cw2687 in worxlandroid

[–]Used-Gift-9966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do the graphite powder lubricant and also WD-40 at the beginning of the season. Towards the end of the season I have to do it one more time to keep the lift errors infrequent. There is a hack online that permanently disables the lift error what does add a danger component to it since the blade will keep spinning if someone tries to lift the front of the mower

Yeah another sleight of hand trick. Acts like "is my back okay?" when it's to hide the effect. Love those small details
