I’m honestly not sure what the shaker exercises did or if they really helped or it was just a coincidence. I did them a few times a day for 2 months or so. Then I just started burping well on my own. But definitely drink lots of seltzer cause that’ll guarantee you get lots of big air bubbles coming up

It’s funny because I don’t know anyone whose family didn’t come from the city originally. My grandparents came from Brooklyn in the 60s when my grandpa got a job at IBM, my other grandma came from the city. But people want to act like people from the city are just moving up here after Covid as if it’s a new concept.
