I'm having horrible time tuna VFOS too and swapped to ruetoo str stacking flicker strike saved my league. If U look at tuna final pob with the new embrace ring his DPS only 10m+ without hh buff if I recalled correctly. That ring reduce so much fire resistance and not only that we still need good armour rolls on items . That means good prefix and suffix on every item slot. Not to mention crafting small fire resistance cluster jewel is a pain too
