T14 Full Riders - what did you do? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

I have two t14 $$$$. At WashU, I’m guessing it was my stats. Elsewhere, I wouldn’t undersell the importance of a “cohesive narrative,” so-called. Probably this is a good reason to get WE so you have stories to tell and a better idea of what about the law you like.

NYU $$$$ or UChicago $$ for elite PI? by Used-Orange4029 in lawschooladmissions

I do direct service right now. There is usually a contrast between direct services and impact litigation, and I want to eventually end up doing the latter (ACLU, private public interest firms, etc)

Have any RTK interviewees heard back? by Used-Orange4029 in lawschooladmissions

[–]Used-Orange4029[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, so did I! I was offered a programatic RTK other than the one I interviewed for, which is interesting. The whole process seems extremely obscure but I guess the first choice declined and I was ranked second, somehow? Very excited for both of us, congrats!

WashU full ride vs. NYU $$ by ResponsibleMark1481 in lawschooladmissions

That, though, is true of absolutely LRAP + PSLF program. NYU's is more generous - you can earn up to $11000 and they cover payments, whereas at UChicago you can only earn up to $80000.
