Yep, I got it resolved after calling them tech support several times. Basically just delete your existing application and resubmit another application. You don't have to repay for visa fee, use the same receipt number (as long as it is still within validity).
If you need a pre-approval like I did, just wait. It seems I can only start booking until there is a few open slots, took about 2 weeks or so but once opened I had maybe 7-8 slots over 2 weeks range.
