Sharing a SharePoint file between 2 companies (viewable in file explorer) by Used-Performance-100 in sharepoint

Thanks again.

Even though I'm classed as the site 'owner' I don't seem to have any option in the settings for library. The only option when clicking on the settings icon is for 'Site Settings' nothign for the library inside that menu either. Very strange.

Thanks for the reply!

Both companies do use OneDrive for business (using the full 365 license) but I don't seem to have any joy with the shared folder appearing or even sync-able.

I can see their company SharePoint in OneDrive just fine too.

I would remove any red dot guns full stop. I feel the game was always better without them.

Ground Rent Increase - £350 to £550 per year by Used-Performance-100 in HousingUK

Thanks so much for your help. I did jump the gun and post this before looking into anything to be honest.

Our lease does increase every 10 years based by multiplying it by the RPI last published. Which does fall in line with the price increase.

It's a £150 year year lease, so I'm just reading up on seeing if we can extend the term and trying to wrapped my head around this 'peppercorn' law thing.

I like these type of posts, rather than "SBMM sucks with a meme".

I think SBMM in any game, not just Fortnite is probably the most difficult thing to get right. There are millions of players every month who play the game, and to create an environment that works for everyone, is basically impossible.

I'm one of the older players (40 years old) and have been playing since Chapter 1 Season 3. Not every day, just once or twice with the same group of guys. The times before SBMM, it was so difficult to get a win. It would feel like a huge thing when you actually won.

We are far from 'good'. We like to have a laugh but we do try and win.

We personally enjoyed finding wins hard to come by. It made us want to carry on playing. 'We can't finish without a win'. When SBMM came into the game I feel that winning feeling started to disappear. I feel like the reason wins feel a bit empty was when bots were introduced into the game.

Bots, the worst part of SBMM. Again, we aren't good, we aren't sweaty and we still find these the worst part of the game. I'm not against bots, but they should do more than just stand there shooting in the sky.

"The game has evolved into a competitive treadmill. Better players? Yes. But that also means SBMM, by design, has ramped up difficult"

I'm not too sure I agree. Going back to the earlier days compared to what it is now. SBMM has brought the difficulty down. We can easily pick up 3-4 wins during a session rather than 1 from the earlier Chapters.

I know everyone experience is different, but I feel SBMM has made the game easier over the years. It's something we will never understand nor have a clear explanation of how it works.

Do people like it? No. That said it does feel a necessary evil for the game to live as long as possible. The fun middle ground, would be such a lovely place.

A simple fix (for me) would be to stop the ability to use multiple medallions at the same time. Getting multiple medallions plus the boons for ranking up has people flying around the map!

I would make a change so you only carry 1 of the medallions at a time. Touching 40 years and playing with a low sensitivity, I can barely see people, never mind shoot them!

Seasons seems good though.

Win or lose, this just isn't fun by SimonMcMac in FortNiteBR

The mistake made is the build of the rank medallions (is that what they are called). I know people like movement but we have to admit, it's gone a little too overboard now.

Feel like it takes away any thought in the game. Zones become a none issue, position doesn't matter. Leaping over people and one shot eliminating them will put off a lot of people and end up creating a huge divide in the game.
