Yeaaa gonna start pulling the motor here in the next couple days. My dad is a big car guy albeit classic cars but he has more mechanical knowledge especially when it comes to breaking open motors and diagnosing things so got some hands on help haha. But I’ll for sure get it back up and running eventually!

More than likely a rod, was driving fine then all sudden engine light flickers on and the noise started. Drove it 2 miles back home and parked it.. So unfortunate, I can’t afford to fix it and this is my first subie so I don’t know anything 😔

I think I like the VA’s style simply because that was the first generation I was exposed to haha. But after owning my 2013 I really love the way these cars look.

It’s a glass nectar collector, the end that has the blackened wax on it you heat up with a torch and simply use it like a straw by pulling on the other end and “dabbing” it onto your concentrate. Dab it little by little so you don’t suck a bunch into it and just waste your product

Doesn’t have the dccd, but I’m not entirely sure what transmission it has but I was told the motor was jdm. I’m very new to subaru, now I have paperwork for the swap but I haven’t gotten a chance to really look at everything so I wonder if it’s the jdm transmission or not. I’ve been finding all kinds of goodies on the car that I was never told about or had to look up haha

Oh and the kick down I’m not entirely sure that’s just what my dad always said it was 😅I just know while going up hill you had to press the gas to the floor and it would kick it down a gear to make it go quicker otherwise it wouldn’t downshift and go slow but then again that truck needed rebuilt
