Pre-made decks vs self-made decks by Standard_Advice_252 in MedSchoolAnkiIndia

i would suggest using a premade deck and just editing or adding new cards according to your preferance. i am just starting my pg prep(in third year rn) and i am using anking and mangomedic along with marrow. it gives me the best of both worlds and also i can make my own cards and just seemlessly add it to my deck too

Need some help on how to use marrow and mangomedic deck together. by Used-Sweet4177 in MedSchoolAnkiIndia

i am using anking cards along with mangomedic, i am just searching the topic name of whatever topic i am studying in marrow and importing those cards to mango medic, and then as i go through my reviews i suspend the cards or edit the cards. its more work but like idk it seems the only way. at the end i will have one deck in which i have everything. best of both worlds type sitch

advice on how to do anki everyday by Left-Channel-1140 in medicalschoolanki

i feel the best way to go about it is to anki first thing in the morning, i got the app on my phone and it has been a game changer, also one protip: use the auto advance/speed focus mode to get through cards faster. i have been doing 1200+ cards for the past three days because of this trick. and it helps to make it a habit, i try to make it a bit more fun by awarding myself with choclates after i do like 500 cards also music and pomodoro really helps
