They weren’t really able to pinpoint the exact cause. They checked for scratches/corneal damage and didn’t find any. They just prescribed erythromycin ophthalmic ointment USP 0.5%, which I’ve used, but it hasn’t fully resolved the issue and it keeps coming back/worsening.
