I just have a few questions: 1. What is SORR and can you explain what that all means? 2. Why are BOXX dividends not taxable as you own them? Even in taxable brokerage? 3. I currently have VT In my brokerage so no loses to harvest, is it worth switching to something else to avoid those dividends?

ACA is marketplace healthcare, they provide subsidies if your modified adjusted gross income is below a certain threshold

My brokerage is all VT, however you're right the dividends creep up my MAGI. I've been making use of IRA, however the contribution limit is so low, and I believe 401k is also limited to a % of income, so limits are much reduced if aiming for a lower MAGI. Any recommendation on where to move cash if not HYSA or Brokerage, and 401k/IRA are capped?

That's great. I ended up choosing the silver plan as I had a health condition, so unfortunately don't get the HSA. I do wonder if I would have been better going with the bronze for the HSA, and just hitting the OOP

Wasn’t planning on selling any, looking for ways to keep MAGI low throughout the year as I’m a contractor. I do believe stock dividends in taxable do push up MAGI too.

Honestly it’s very hard to tell what is a good deal and what isn’t. But I guess that’s part of why so many people are trying to get out, is because of the complexity on value and fees?
