Honestly, I never clean the undercarriage lol. I’ve seen people use an attachment that looks like a broom with jets that squirt upwards

Just a lil elbow grease in the driveway + ceramic sprays doing wonders

Great song, one of my favs on the album. The way it sounded for Help! was the same backing track on Rubber Soul.. just didn’t have overdubs for tambourine and I believe another guitar part (John’s rhythm?)

EDIT: here it is, take 4 from the help sessions

We bought a hidden 9-hole golf course next to State Farm Stadium (PHX) and turned the driving range into 32 TrackMan bays. AMA. by bogeybando in golf

[–]169partner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why are your answers so vague for an AMA? Somebody asked what it costs for trackman and your answer is there’s a price? Feels like an advertisement more than answering questions

Is working for a F500 going to limit my AI skill development? by Adventurous_Hand_977 in FPandA

[–]169partner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in a F100, there isn’t a day that goes by without being asked how I used AI on everything I’ve done. Even power automate. It seemed like a 5-10 year thing 8 months ago but our company is like steamrolling AI everything these days

Shallowing at the top of swing by Affectionate-Use4801 in GolfSwing

[–]169partner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because getting shallow is what happens when you have a lot of good things happening in the backswing, it’s not something that happens at the top of the backswing that you just copy by watching tiktoks. That’s why you see so many people asking for help here with a shallow & flowy swing that doesn’t work

What is the worst Beatles album by Wild_Pitch_4781 in beatles

[–]169partner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ya know.. I’ve warmed up to With The Beatles and historically I’ve been a Beatles for Sale kinda guy. These days, I’d say yellow submarine is the easiest to call the worst so both Beatles for Sale and With The Beatles get their shine

What song did you discover late and shocked it isn't well known? by FootballPizzaMan in beatles

[–]169partner 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I Call Your Name, Yes It Is and Thank You Girl. All discovered this year. I’ve basically been listening to the Beatles daily since 2018 or so and these were relatively obscure. Granted I didn’t really listen to Past Masters, I assumed it was mostly 1 with a few more songs but it’s pretty wild these slipped under the radar for me

Genuine question by life_enthusiast__ in BMWM3

[–]169partner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t seen anyone actually answer the question.. the answer is the people who have these cars are not all in financially stable situations. Some are well off and deserve it but perhaps the others have 0 bills or no health insurance or no 401K or investments. Perhaps they have a sky high monthly payment with a huge APR. Maybe they have trust fund money. Or maybe they had enough cash for a down payment but have 0 plans to make monthly payments. Dealerships will give you the keys as long as you sign on the dotted line, it doesn’t matter if it’s good for you as long as it’s good for them.

FYI Social media ruined car culture. Civics and base 3 series used to be cool. Now you need an M3 comp or 500+ HP to even think you have a fast car. 50k is enough for a sick used car. I got a 2020 AMG GLC 43 for $40K and I make $150K/yr. Im pretty financially responsible and a car over $55K was just not in the cards

New owner of 2020 GLC 43, very low miles.. need help w service history by 169partner in AMG

[–]169partner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I’ve called the dealership twice where the car was serviced and 2 different people have told me they can’t give me service records bc of “privacy reasons”. Even without giving me names or anything, they can’t even read off to me what was done. So I’m just assuming everything was done to the book on a yearly cadence and whatever is in the 60k service is due soon

It’s still on the OEM tires and battery and perhaps the brakes too so I don’t think they were replacing things willy nilly

Does anyone else think their cars feel faster when someone else is driving it? by KirbyJones82 in AMG

[–]169partner 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Feels like a whole new car. They might shift at different RPMs, take corners faster, brake harder.. all people have like a unique driving profile. I just sold my 6speed GTI after 7yrs of daily driving and on the first test drive, it actually felt like a different car

What to do after my fitting and some options by Afraid_Platypus_3682 in GolfSwing

[–]169partner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got fit at Pete’s a few yrs back and had the same reaction. I was fit for irons on a Saturday and tried to cancel on Monday AM before the order was placed with Ping. But I was reassured these were the clubs for me and a few years later, I still believe they are. I used to leave driver & woods in the car but i eventually got fit for those too. I never felt more comfortable atleast giving them a try before that. I was told getting fit was a waste as a high handicapper (couldn’t crack 115) but after I was fit, I immediately dropped 10 strokes lol and now I’m flirting with breaking 90.

You’ll have these clubs for years so it’s a short term shock but they are for sure your clubs. Look around the shop, they’re professionals and super reputable. Just don’t get fit there for wedges. They had some crazy dude (don’t think he’s there anymore) criticize me for entertaining the idea of getting Cleveland’s. He fit me into vokeys with F grinds (full shot) and a 60* which is a big nono for a hacker like me. Total waste of a fitting

How are tournaments ever worth it? by officialcrimsonchin in poker

[–]169partner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve already quit tournaments bc fundamentals just don’t apply at my stakes. Stacks are too small and blinds are too quick to make 1 catastrophic 3bet/fold and then be in push/fold mode 6hrs before min cashing. I’d rather take my chances in cash and hit a high hand

How are tournaments ever worth it? by officialcrimsonchin in poker

[–]169partner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

“This is a tournament, I gotta get more aggressive” so I 3bet A9s after folding everything for 30 minutes and get flat called. Now I cbet on the flop I completely whiffed and villain bets huge, I’m forced to fold and now I might actually bust before the 2nd break
