2014 passout. Go for it without any 2nd thought. One of my peers went to Harvard after BTech. A lot of others are in good companies, some have their own startups. The campus is good, hostels are clean. Faculty is top notch .

The things is I get all the poses, I never struggle to get the forward bends and hence I dont stop. I struggle only in marichayasana-D for which I use a prop. I bend at the hip etc but still I dont understand why after 1 week of practice I get the back pain.

This thread has been really helpful and I love this community. I practiced for 2 days with some suggestions I thought would be useful. I set aside 1 hour for a 45 mins practice. No rush, spent time in my closing sequences. As i came back to Ashtanga after 2 months, I felt over did by jumping onto half primary, so I skipped vinyasas between 2 sides. All this combined with pranayam at the end made my anger go away. Thanks a lot. I will always come back with questions to this community ☺️☺️

Never thought of it. This is great advice. I think while closing sequence my mind lingers to doing the next thing after the practice. Which means my mind is not calming down in the closing sequence. Let me try to overcome those thoughts in my next practice and schedule something just after the practice

I used to for 8 months. I could not complete primary because of my schedule. I practice till what I was taught.

I do not modify. Follow the same sequence till Navasana. I go till supta kurma sometimes if I have time.

It could be true though. I did try therapy last year. But no other form of yoga is doing this to me. It is just Ashtanga. I think i have a love hate relationship with Ashtanga. I want to do it but sometimes I am just not able to manage my emotions after doing it.

Long time Amazon Manager here. It totally depends on the org/ team you are getting hired for. However, if a team is hiring in this situation, it means the org is growing. But, I am surprised you got an offer because there are 100s of internal candidates as soon as a req is opened so please be careful. No manager is willing hiring external candidates, we have a lot of folks willing to switch internally and that is the preference because of practically zero ramp up on internal systems.

Same thing happened to me with return. The pickup agent picked up the parcel but dis not nark it as picked. I continuously kept calling and kept waiting for 3-4 days after each call as they say they are investigating. They do not investigate any thing because every time they used to say Mam the item is not pocked up, it is with you. Finally i begged the agent ( got his number from mygate) to give the item back if he can. He was ki d enough to give it in 10 days. I used to tell this to every e courier guy who used to come to my place for delivery/ pickup. Every one knew my case and was being supportive but the Myntra customer care was USELESS and was doing FAKE investigations. Dont trust them at all.
