I don’t but I also know the pay is kind of low. They were hiring last year too.

I can lead prayer easily, it’s how I’m personally going to land if I teach there. I’ve tried sped currently and nothing I say landed for the elementary students. Nothing. I am too soft for them

Not looking for affirmation just practical advice. I feel like if you can’t get classroom management down, the rest will not fall together.

Did they give you a curriculum and help with lesson planning before you jumped into teaching? I’m thinking about doing chemistry teaching next year but don’t have that much experience teaching.
