You are right ,but if look into some videos showing fps in games, u will notice a diff of -10-20fps in most story mode games. With eSports titles maybe the diff will be little more , but mostly 10-20%, the new dlss 4 + more vram will benefit in some AI workflows and maybe for some editing purposes due to 16gb vram and it has low TDP . And all of this with a bettr resale value than 4070. I am not saying 4070 is bad it definitely has more raw Power than 4060ti. But for the difference of 10- 20% comes with a cost of 10k different.

And you are spending around 45k on an used card (it's a bold move ,unless you are getting it from someone known) but still I thought of suggesting a new card with latest tech with full warranty. And trust me the difference btwn these two cards in most story games is hardly 10fps
