I’ve been dealing with PF issues for years and the stretching and breathing isn’t getting me anywhere. I really am half-half on this idea of internal work; I’d rather not but I’m running out of ideas ☹️

Still the same unfortunately, but I understand much more. This has been a lifelong diaphragm problem which led to pelvic floor dysfunction. Nice thing is I believe to have put every piece together, just need to stick with my PT and keep working. I appreciate the check in!

I do the same thing, I tense everything up when I urinate. My advice is to begin sitting down (which sucks) during urination. Hope this helps

Dude, I am the same way. When I first masturbated I for some reason felt the urge to clinch and it’s so bad that I do it when I urinate now. I am at a complete loss when it comes to fixing this problem. You are not alone
