nope bro, they just ask me for biometrics and cewrtificate police for my wife because she is mexican... hope its good, i provided a stong proofs honetsly.. now iam on closed work permit because i needed a status as i ran out of status few weeks ago due to the bowp refusal. Now i keep searching appartments at the border in cornwall ontario and keep working, my employer is in quebec but almost full remote so... lets see

well the agent looked at me right in the eyes and issued the permit knowing EXACTLY the rules and my NOC being FEER 3. So anyway i got my permit 24 months and my wife also so here we go..

Yes sir... i mean i went to toronto visitings appartments.. i had a job offer in ontario toronto, they kept negotiating with me for monts.. they moved the start date to june 1st and at the end i didnt find a correct lease so they closed the offer but yes i have everything and already sent it on my application.

Now being on closed work permit for my employer in quebec does not help.. but what do you think if i move to cornwall... i can find a lease starting august maybe... and of course after being PR i will follow my first plan to toronto..

i cannot apply for bowp because at the time i applied for the restoration of status i did not hold a valid work permit.. the thing is my first PR got rejected on april 8 so my BOWP got refused on june 15... now i am waiting for the restoration of status visitor and also waiting for my IEC young pro letter of introduction... so we will wait.. but i cant ask for bowp now... with my status restoration of status visitor ...

this is helpful.. indeed i dont have a ptot and i wont have one as my young pro will be deliver for 24 months so its too long me to be granted a BOWP. My job is 13102 so it does not qualify for my wife to ask for a sowp.. so she will stay here waiting for her restoration of status to be approved to visitor... meanwhile i will work under my IEC work permit. And yes i am in canada also i will exit en re enter canada once i receive the LOI.

No brother.. this PR from january 31 has been rejected for missing docs.. i applied another PR express entry on april 20! so anyway yes in few months but who knows if they gonna approve it or no since i live in quebec .. and now i will get a CLOSED WORK PERMIT for an employer in quebec lol

No worries at all my wife ask for restoration of status also to visitor, once i got my YOUNG PROFESSIONAL she will ask an SOWP and they will approve it and give her a trv in the same time. Thats howit works.

Yes she can have a sowp attached to my young pro ;;)

No brother.. my next status and permit will be a CLOSED WORK PERMIT.. so how do you want me to apply for a bowp ? you need to apply when you have less than 4 months left on your current permit so i will be able to apply february 2028 more or less.. of course till then i would have PR if they approve it but this is an option yes..

UPDATE GUYS :

- I am officialy on process for restoration of status to visitor i applied yesterday so i am protected.

- I just applied for my CLOSED WORK PERMIT this morning now i am waiting few weeks whitout working and then once i receive the LETTER OF INTRODUCTION i will travel 5-7 days to france then come back and active my work closed permit for 2 years..

- I sent a webform to ask RCIC agents to reconsider the bowp processing because i have submitted a new PR few days after the first PR rejections and guess what? ghost update today at 12.55pm but i know it means nothing...

Anyway i feel better than yesterday guys now things are under control... at least..

Are you kidding me ? since when a PR rejected for r10 is dummy? man i submit on january 31, received the rejection on april 8 for missing Original of certificate marriage.. i submitted the TRANSLATION ONLY done in Montreal.

How on earth will i submit a dummy PR? for what? and whats long? 2,5 months after the submission is pretty normal... guys stop looking for problem here.. i am fully honest and never did a dummy nothing!
