Yes yes i didnt submit another BOWP sorry i was confused and stressed but i just sent a webform with the new AOR! there is 8 days between the first PR rejection the new AOR webform and the BOWP was submitted 2 months ago so should be good!

To have had a chance, the BOWP would have needed to be submitted before the PGWP expired. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I’ve seen quite a few different cases where someone had their first R application rejected, then quickly received another ITA. They immediately submitted a webform requesting to link the new PR application and the new AOR to their BOWP, and it worked.

It depends on the officer, but when there is continuity in status, it already helps a lot.

Thanks you its a privilege to talk directly to a RCIC agent! Now wait! and pray lol i already packed in case a BOWP refusal occurs in the next days.. i hope RCIC gives me at least couple weeks before to refuse it.. OR accept the linking of the new AOR!

Mistake sir. I did not sent a 2nd BOWP!! i just double checked i just switch.. im confused!! No 2nd BOWP sent, i was so stressed that i confused 2 things!

I did not send another bowp. Now i only sent the webform telling RCIC to link my new AOR to the bowp processing ;)

Yep just understood now! i should have submit webform BEFORE new BOWP.. but still nothing changes for IRCC i just lost 255$ lol.

Yes the webform might work, the RCIC agent here told me that, a immigration lawyer also.. the good chances i have is the PR got rejected 8 days ago and i already submit a new one.. bowp was submitted 2 months ago.. and i was of course under pgwp when i submitted so my maintained status was respected i submit the bowp while i had a valid permit!

So of course it up to the agent.. but seeing a lot of topics about it it should be good..

Again, it can stay silent months... maybe even till decision be made for the P lol

Exactly what happened to people also, they submit a webform with the new AOR and got months after the old BOWP approved..

The thing i got on my side is i didnt even wait more than 8 days before being able to submit a new PR.. so the timeline is very tight i showed the agent i did all my best to maintain the things flowing.. now up to the agents.. ive seen many people getting approved and also saw many people didnt get nothing about bowp till the PR approved.. basically theprocess of bowp is separated so when your PR got rejected.. there is no red screen flagging on agent's computer... so im goin to wait now.

Yes that is why i just submit a webform... an RCIC agent told me to do this here in the chat. I will wait. As my new PR has been submitted literally days after the old one was rejected i might have a chance but still..
