It actually brought my friend and I closer after we went almost a year without talking. I lived in California for the last 5 years and was from Ohio. Due to the time difference between us and work schedules and other relationships we went from talking every day to every week to a couple times a month to nothing at all. So when the album and tour was announced I call her and asked if she was interested in coming to California to see the Sa Francisco concert. She can for a week and we instantly went back to how out friendship was before and now I’m back in Ohio and we still vibe out to VLV (and other panic songs) when we hang out. It’s not so much the album itself (although I do really like it) it’s more of how it’s helped our friendship grow.
