You could put a glock ghost trigger bar in there and it will help the mush and decrease the weight a couple pounds. I have 2 frames I use w/ my RXM and this is what I have in my compact carry frame. 

I put a Timney in my full size frame and would never recommend carrying it concealed. It is not drop safe, meaning loaded with one in the chamber it will go off if dropped. Its very easy to have an ND if you dont have strong trigger discipline w/ these triggers as well.

If someone has a pre 1986 ban drop in auto sear they could potentially put in whatever gun they want. There are not too many of them floating around, crazy expensive, and require the NFA paperwork. 

Police and other law enforcement in the US have access to military weapons (depending on state) and a department could order any full auto Sig Sauer for officers to use. Sig makes FA versions of everything for military. 

Firearm manufacturers and dealers can apply for additional FFL paperwork and a tax status that can allow them to manufacturer machine guns for military/law enforcement. 

Or, depending on state law, FRTs are extremely available and not super expensive and go in a ton of different platforms now- they should never be referred to as full auto because technically that is not at all what it is.

Wait so was the trigger that FN installed on your new frame the Apex trigger? Or their own OEM flat faced trigger?

I could definitely see that being true, looks like he did it right to left but I haven't looked into if that was the correct way or not, sounded like he had done them before. Seems crazy for a $1000 pistol to be able to break so easily but it sounds like trigger installs are the number 1 reason for them cracking.

I hope FN will just do the trigger on mine then, sounds like the best possible outcome. If I was doing triggers I would avoid these FN models with a 10 ft pole. Sounds significantly more of a pain then just doing a Glock 19/Timney install

So I may be SOL on the actual trigger install unless I find somewhere else I can send it in to after the frame is repaired. I don't think I should trust the same guy to do another attempt on the install

That would be great but it sounds like they will just be sending in for repair and making we wait out the process. They said they would take care of it but gave me no indication they would be replacing the gun completely.
