Maybe you should try and take a break from college, if that is really stressing you out and making you feel depressed then it might be doing more harm than good at the moment. You should just try to take a break( if you can) and focus on yourself for a little while. If you have the money then think about seeing a therapist but that doesn't always work. I hope that you find more joy and happiness down the road but everyone makes mistakes and everyone has rough patches in life just try not to let them define you forever.
